Help Wanted: Mission Work Days

WHAT: Work days to replace the roof at the Red Quarry Christian Church in French Lick.

WHEN: Friday and Saturday, November 6 & 7 (rain dates are Nov. 13 & 14)

MORE INFO: Sign-up sheets for both days are on the table in the lobby/fellowship hall or you can contact Randy Berg at 482-5374 for more information. Red Quarry was pivotal and essential in the formation of CCJ in the early days and this is a great way to give back to them.

Help Wanted: Nursery & Kids Help

Help Wanted: Audio-Video Booth Workers

CCJ is large need of volunteers for the Audio-Video booth.

Jobs include running sound, video systems and camera operators. Many are often intimidated by these positions but you WILL be trained and not just thrown to the wolves, so to speak.

If you are interested in these types of things, have an ear for what sounds good/can distinguish instruments when listening to music or have an eye for a good shot or love working with other people, please contact Nicole Weisman (e-mail: dolphins@psci.net).

This is an awesome opportunity to help the people and visitors of CCJ.

Help Wanted: WINGS Meal Ministry

CCJ’s WINGS group (Women in God's Service) sponsors a meal ministry that provides people with meals after the birth of a child, a surgery, funerals or other special occasions where this service would be appreciated.

WINGS would be pleased to hear from anyone who would be interested in helping with this ministry. On January 18 and 25, you will have the opportunity to fill out a form if you would like to help.

Completed forms can be placed in the basket at the welcome desk within the next few weeks. Someone from WINGS will contact you as soon as they process all of the information.
